FEES

Fees at the Budokwai are paid by the term. We work from the same academic year as the Kensington and Chelsea state schools. Payment is to be made at the time of booking and we charge and apply the following:

• £180.00 a term per class for each child
• There is no restriction on the number of enrollments per child
• All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and under no circumstances be left on club premises
• Stick to your specific class time. You cannot interchange classes from week to week
• No make up classes available (too many children)
• No non-registered children in classes (including siblings)
• No refund policy.

If you book a gym and a paint class at the same time, at the start of term you receive a discounted price of £320.00
Book two sessions of either activity for a discounted price of £340.00

We are sorry but we have a NO REFUND POLICY.

We offer one free trial session for each class where available. All free trials must be booked in with our receptionist, she will then find a suitable class with space for you to test run!

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by cheque, card or cash. Debit/credit card payments accepted at Budokwai reception desk only. Cheques should be made payable to THE BUDOKWAI
