Judo and me
I started judo at 9 years old following in my older brother’s footsteps. I won many Junior National titles and progressed to representing Great Britain as a cadet then as a junior and now currently as a senior some 20 years later. Through judo I have been to some amazing countries and had some wonderful experiences.
Judo has given me so much in life that I would like to give something back to my sport. I think that judo helps to develop someone’s confidence, ability, and, self-discipline. It is also a fun way to get fit and make new friends.
